It was super easy to set up. Prices were really cheap. The staff were very friendly and very professional. You do need to buy a lock that can only be used pretty much only there. Which is a little sad. Prices are exactly what they said they would be.And did not fluctuate.So overall amazing storage option.
The employees were extremely helpful and kind, however, the district manager was there as well and seemed harsh and rude to her workers while showing a nice face to the customers. She appeared to be dismissive of their concerns and well-being, and the environment seemed hostile because of her. Thank you to the employees as their hard work is very much appreciated.
I appreciated the great and attentive customer service, they laid out all my options and were able to find me the right size storage to fit my needs. The facilities and storage were very clean as well, as I've dealt with some storage companies that the storage was left dirty and with some trash.
The application process was fast and straightforward. The staff were friendly and walked me through their app to make everything easy.
Frank was great! The place is very clean and easy to setup.
