The employees were extremely helpful and kind, however, the district manager was there as well and seemed harsh and rude to her workers while showing a nice face to the customers. She appeared to be dismissive of their concerns and well-being, and the environment seemed hostile because of her. Thank you to the employees as their hard work is very much appreciated.
The application process was fast and straightforward. The staff were friendly and walked me through their app to make everything easy.
Brand new storage facility near Powers and Barnes. Friendly staff, clean and new. Most units are indoors with climate control.
