The doors have no assistance and are very very much a piece of the problems with the spa the carts are too long to bkt be banging into everything. I love yhe 2r hour access anf keyless entry. I do like that. Your agent that assisted with transferring and really openi g my new account t with you was fantastic. I cannot remember his name. Extra Space recently took over our storage company in Loganville GA. My acct was incorrectly closed out by the previous owner during the process. Extra Storage was very helpful in getting this error resolved quickly. Looking forward to the new ownership, these folks are more customer focused. I would highly recommend them for your storage needs.
Today I realized my battery was dead for the door lock on my unit. Anna was super helpful and thoroughly explained to me how to change the battery myself. The process took all of maybe 2 minutes and then I was quickly able to get into my unit. She was super helpful, very polite, and even called me a few minutes later to make sure that I was able to access my unit. Thank you Anna!
Outstanding rental experience! Asia and Greg are amazing and very knowledgeable. The facility is stellar, clean, secure, and easily accessible. The property is covered with at least 60 cameras which is very reassuring.
