My storage shed was purchased by Extra Space Storage. I had a military discount with the original owners. I asked if they could honor this with the new owners. I was given a 5% discount. The manager was very friendly and helpful. They are much more automated than the previous owners. I look forward to a good relationship with Extra Space Storage.

I'm super disappointed about our experience with Towne storage. Our unit was infested with mice. When we rented from them we felt okay using them because they had steel wool in place to keep the mice out, as we are told. We only used it for 3 months while in between homes and all of my household things were covered in mouse droppings and wreaked of mice, dead and alive. We found 2 dead and one alive in our unit. Brandi at Towne storage was excellent! I almost signed up for a smaller unit than I needed but Brandi showed me the perfect one. Very easy to access and easy entry!

We have been renting here for a while now and just added a third unit. They make it so easy and the place seems secure. Definitely happy with this storage facility!
