These people are terrible. I rented a unit for $45 a month in November. In January, they charged me $79. I called my local storage and the woman said she would check into it and call me back. She never did. Then in February they charged me $79 again. I left a message, no return call. I notified the corporate office and they sent me an email saying "...Due to market changes and availability, rates are subject to change.
