We’ve had a space here for almost a year, and the staff has always been helpful and readily answering the phone even at the late hours on their emergency line. They recently changed ownership and the staff on the site now has been very helpful and equipped to make sure everything was smoothly transitioned on our side.
It was such a wonderful experience had an issue with my lock and needed it cut, Brandon was thrilled to help and made me feel like family! I will never forget our conversation it touched my heart, Thank you for the care and time you took to make me feel seen and heard!❤️

I’ve had a storage unit at this location for a couple years. The previous owners were great and I never had any issues, but the new ownership is greatly lacking in customer service. Cons: - Hard to get someone on the phone during business hours. You will always get an answering machine before hearing back from someone. - Website in very clunky and does not show payment history in order to print receipts(see picture) - I previously had my payment set on auto pay, after the transfer of ownership my payment info was lost and I... read more
