When we first rented our unit it was TownPlace Storage and Diana helped us at the front desk. It was a great experience and Diana was the friendliest person I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. She has such a great attitude and is always smiling. Half way through our agreement it changed over to Extra Space Storage. The new management team taking over this storage facility here in St. George, UT, is absolutely a breath of fresh air. So glad to see ”Extra Space”’ taking over for a location I have been renting from for over 5 years. I even got a “thank-you” sticker on my lock when I arrived today to check up on my things in my unit. :-)
Diana is AMAZING! They had the only U-Haul in town this morning, and we were able to get the perfect storage unit for our needs while we were there. They are the only place in town we were able to find that does month-to-month, and is open 365. She also gave us some cold waters after we had been working outside in the heat all day, which was so kind. DIANA IS AMAZING!
Diana was so helpful and in getting me set up for a storage unit. I'm moving my home and wasn't able to find a short-term unit for my move. This is my second experience, using town storage off of Washington Dam Road. This go around. I had three storage units. Never had any problems. Diana was also a really big help.
