So far, so great. The elevators work, the units are the cleanest I’ve ever seen, and they have more carts available than any other storage facility I’ve used in the last 20 years. Not to mention the 10/10 service! The site manager preemptively saw my wife lost on the cameras and came down to help her find her way. I think her name is Cee? Anyway, fabulous experience.
The manager was so nice and I wish I could remember her name. And the person that was working there as well. She made sure I understood my contract and explained in detail. She also showed where my unit is and how to put The cod in for the gate.
Customer service was fantastic they were able to answer all my questions. Facility was clean and tidy.
