Ana was fantastic! She made getting my storage unit quick and easy. Great customer service, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!
Anna was very professional, knowledgeable, serviceable, polite and courteous. She is an asset to your company.
Anna was absolutely wonderful. She answered all of my questions completely and exhibited a sparkling personality and a terrific attitude. When she showed me the unit it was done professionally but still very friendly. Based on her, I'm glad I chose Extra Space Storage.
Ana was kind, courteous, and very helpful when getting a new unit.
I came in last minute in need of a storage unit for my things because I am moving, Ana helped me, showed me each unit size before making a decision and gave me the best deal . And broke down everything that was coming to my email and how to use the app. With everything going on in the world it was nice to talk to a nice customer service representative.
