Thank you to the person who helped on a phone call our first visit! I was overwhelmed and stressed with personal issues, having trouble with my code, then a different name tag on our new unit, and then I didn’t even know how to open the unlocked unit. The gentleman helped me with my code and figuring out the lock, and was so polite even with my hectic confusion. I don’t know the gentleman’s name, but he had amazing customer service.
