I went in today and was greeted kindly by the new owners of this storage facility. The new owners/management were friendly, quick and helpful. I'm going to miss the last owners family but I feel quite confident that I'll continue to be happy using this storage location. I experienced the continued professionalism and that the units are clean & safe. I'm 💯 satisfied!
It was once a great place , but when Xtra space took it over it turned into a corporate hate storage. The staff there could give crap about who you are or what you need well they don't . Find another place to store we're people care and are understanding as to why your there . 45 days they lock u out. Double lock followed by your things being auctioned away. I'm sorry. But the worst name in storage. Xtra hater storage..

OVERALL: excellent! Would 100% use again. FACILITIES: very clean and sensibly laid out. Our 10x20 unit was more than enough for a 20' U-Haul truck; we probably could've fit 2x 20' trucks of stuff inside. ONBOARDING: very smooth; I did mine over the phone in probably under 10 minutes, and I imagine you can also do so online. CUSTOMER SERVICE: very responsive and friendly. Their onsite customer service was very good as well. AFTER HOURS: access was very easy. Really happy we chose to go with this location!
