Mitch was wonderful. He made us feel welcome right away and was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions, walked us around the facility, showed us the security features and loading dock area, and even shared a bit about the history of the company and the storage location. He also showed us how the locks work and offered us a special rate that made it an easy decision to sign up. Thank you, Mitch!
Nique and John could not have been better. Showed me the storage space loading area and explained getting in and out. Pricing was very good and they were helpful in determining what I needed. I would highly recommend them.
Moved in the other day and could not be more pleased. Unit was ready in time, the whole building is immaculate and move in was quick and easy. Such a pleasure to have this so close. Special shout out and thank you to John for being so helpful and so kind. Highly recommend this location!
This store is very clean, and the Customer Service is cool. I didn't rent yet, but I was just being nosey because of the new store in my neighborhood. John & Roneek (hope I spelled it right,) are very great people and I will be back to store my summer stuff
