Extra space storage on the corner of Canon Perdido and Chapala in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara is a new storage facility in an older building. It looks amazing on the inside far far cleaner and nicer than any other storage I have ever had and because of what I do for work I need a storage unit. This is a great storage facility! Very clean and safe. Perfect location downtown. The manager Anthony is very friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any questions or concerns you may have. This place is the best!

Anthony is doing a great job opening this location! He was attentive to my needs and extremely patient while I was making my unit selection. He gave a great overview of the property’s security, access, loading, etc. Fantastic facility, great location.
