Extra space storage on the corner of Canon Perdido and Chapala in the heart of downtown Santa Barbara is a new storage facility in an older building. It looks amazing on the inside far far cleaner and nicer than any other storage I have ever had and because of what I do for work I need a storage unit. They have a wide variety of storage sizes to meet pretty much anybody's needs All of the employees that I've met so far have been very kind and helpful. I was fortunate enough to be helped by the manager Anthony who is very kno... read more

Best experience in customer service I have had ever staff was amazing everything was done so smoothly with no issues and fast. I was in and out of there and a timely matter and that made me very happy. Definitely will be recommending this place.
Anthony is doing a great job opening this location! He was attentive to my needs and extremely patient while I was making my unit selection. He gave a great overview of the property’s security, access, loading, etc. Fantastic facility, great location.
Anthony provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to help me. I needed a storage unit at the last minute, and he made me feel like a top priority throughout the entire process. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, taking the time to answer all my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. He even stayed late to help me secure a unit when I was in a stressful situation. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and willing to go the extra mile for their customers. I truly appreci... read more
