Extremely disappointed. My unit was flooded due to a ceiling leak. I lost 14 different high-value items totaling $2,979. Storage facilities should be safe and dry, but this building has serious maintenance issues. I am now forced to take legal action to recover my losses. Do not trust them with your property unless you want your items ruined by water.
Kelly was great to work with in getting our rental unit established. We had one issue in that we needed a dock plate for the semi that will be unloading to our unit and WOW she handled it like a pro! She got the approvals needed to supply the dock plate and it'll be there in a couple days for us to use - now that is customer service at it's finest! I do not recommend this place to anyone. The roof was leaking, and my stored products were damaged as a result. When I arrived, the entire area was flooded with water. This shows a serious lack of maintenance and responsibility. Very disappointing experience.
Ms. Betty is absolutely amazing. She was willing to help us while we figured out what needed to stay in storage vs our apartment. She makes this unit great. The storage unit is clean and I’ve even witnessed ms. Betty attempting to save another persons unit from an unexpected water leak. We have had no issues with this place so far and are very thankful for a safe, dry and secure place for our belongings
Betty is a wonderful property manager. She is very friendly and took care of all of our concerns. She stayed late to take care of an issue we had with moving our items into our unit. The place is always very clean and quiet.
