I came in stressed about an issue with my account, and she not only resolved it quickly, but also made me feel truly cared for as a customer. Her patience, dedication, and kindness turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Betty is a true example of what great customer service should be!
Betty is a wonderful property manager. She is very friendly and took care of all of our concerns. She stayed late to take care of an issue we had with moving our items into our unit. The place is always very clean and quiet.
Ms. Betty is absolutely amazing. She was willing to help us while we figured out what needed to stay in storage vs our apartment. She makes this unit great. The storage unit is clean and I’ve even witnessed ms. Betty attempting to save another persons unit from an unexpected water leak. We have had no issues with this place so far and are very thankful for a safe, dry and secure place for our belongings
We were from out of town and needed storage and found this place online. We worked with a lady named Betty and she could not have been more helpful. Betty explained the different sizes and helped us to get the right size. Betty was very honest - she didn't try to sell us something we didn't need. I'm not sure if she reads these reviews but I just wanted to say thank you to Betty!
