I cannot THANK Mrs. Betty enough for her outstanding customer service. Five stars for sure!!!! I’ve been renting a unit for years , even before the transition. She’s kind, fair and aware. Mrs. Betty has always been intuitive to my concerns, handling every concern with going above and beyond with great communication. She brings a warm, friendly atmosphere in the office and throughout the building keeping everything clean lol. A true gem to Extra Space!!!!! You’re the best!
Extremely disappointed. My unit was flooded due to a ceiling leak. I lost 14 different high-value items totaling $2,979. Storage facilities should be safe and dry, but this building has serious maintenance issues. I am now forced to take legal action to recover my losses. Do not trust them with your property unless you want your items ruined by water.
Betty is amazing to work with. She’s helped me in so many ways. The storage unit and building is always clean and everyone there is always nice and helpful. I highly recommend!
I’ve been using this place for over a year now. In my time being here the only person I’ve ever had help from is Betty. She goes above and beyond what her job title calls for. She is always helping and working with customers. When she gets free time she is found walking the halls with cleaning supplies and sometimes found outside the building cleaning up trash after people.
