Had a great experience renting a storage unit here at Extra Space Storage this morning with Tammy. She was very helpful in answering all my questions. Setup process took 10 minutes or less and the pricing was great with the flash deal. Easy entry access and clean hallways as well.
Had an amazing experience. Was helped by a wonderful person by the name of April. She was very patient, kind, and extremely helpful. All my questions were answered, and I felt comfortable knowing that my belongings will be safe and stored. Thank you so much for the great experience. Truly started my day off well.
I had a great experience at the Extra Space Storage on South Tryon Street thanks to Betty, the manager. She runs the facility professionally and keeps everything organized and clean. When I had a question about my unit and billing, she handled it quickly and made sure everything was clear and fair. It’s obvious she takes pride in her work and cares about customers having a smooth experience. I’d definitely recommend this location because of her management.
I cannot THANK Mrs. Betty enough for her outstanding customer service. Five stars for sure!!!! I’ve been renting a unit for years , even before the transition. She’s kind, fair and aware. Mrs. Betty has always been intuitive to my concerns, handling every concern with going above and beyond with great communication. She brings a warm, friendly atmosphere in the office and throughout the building keeping everything clean lol. A true gem to Extra Space!!!!! You’re the best!
This facility has been reliable, clean, and safe. I have received 2 rate increase notices within 12 months and each time I was able to contact the facility and agree to a price that fit my needs and budget. Betty provided excellent customer service and will likely secure my business for years to come provided this level of service continues.
