Todd was so kind to explain the process, handled many details via phone , text, and email prior to me coming in. He walked me through the facility and recommended the best size. He is a gem and also has amazing prices! Very clean, bright, and new facility.

I want to thank Janean for her outstanding assistance in helping me rent a U-Haul at the 7411 W Charleston Blvd location in Las Vegas. She was incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail really stood out. Such a great location to get moving supplies! The manager was super helpful and kind! Her husband even helped us bring out of the heavy bundle of boxes. I will definitely be back here!

Amazing!! Rented a unit a while ago, and they still allowed me to get the special when I needed to rent again!! Sharon is the nicest, gives my son stuff to color with when we have to spend a long time in the office!
