I never have an issue with them. It’s always easy going in and out getting what I need from my storage and then I leave. I have no complaints about this place. The people that work. There are very nice and helpful.
Great experience leasing a storage unit to make room at home. Melanie was great in explaining the ins and outs and was very engaging and enjoyable to work with. We can’t wait to start taking things over and getting organized. 11 STARS ***
WOW, 1ST THIS PLACE IS TRULY AWESOME, WE HAVE A 10 X 30 UNIT AND ITS THE CLEANEST STORAGE UNIT. WE HAVE AN INSIDE UNIT THAT YOU CAN DRIVE A 26FT UHAUL INSIDE, AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AMAZING. I HAD MIS PLACED MY KEY TO MY LOCK AND JESSICA, HELPED ME, WITH A SMILE AND EXTREME KINDNESS AND HELPED ME GET INTO MY UNIT, DURING THE HOLIDAYS. I JUST WANT TO SAY WE WILL STAY WITH THEM ANYTIME WE HAVE TO UTILIZE A STORAGE PLACE AND I ENCOURAGE OTHERS ALSO...THANK YOU JESSICA FOR YOU HELP AND KINDNESS....
Jessica and Brett were amazing. The facility is clean and beautiful. Very accessible location. Staff was very kind, communicative, and helped me understand everything involved. Highly recommend.
At first great experience. Never got a chance to move in. Month later... You are late and owe money. Storage has been empty. Storage managers and assistant managers are supposed to walk property and do lock checks. Should of noticed my unit was never used. Should of called and clarified if I was using unit. Then stated may still owe for another month. Luckily I didn't get charged and maybe I should of called but didn't think it was necessary. No lock on unit should mean move out... Anyways besides that property is nice
