Kasia is a wonderful mgr. She is very helpful and cheerful when I go in the office. Everything is always clean and secure. I highly recommend Kasia and Extra Space Storage!

I'm pretty disappointed in receiving an 80% percent increase in my rental. Yes I understand my per my contract that they can raise the rent at any time however going from $100 to $180 when even the lease it states the suggested rental rate at the time of signing is $144 seems like bad business. I have been renting storage units for over 15 years and this is my first time experiencing this and I feel like a fool for renting here for a promotional rate.
