Seemed like a good place, but the exit gate was broken for months and the place was burglarized twice, and there was no communication about any of it. I was spending almost $300 a month for them to keep my stuff safe, and they can’t be bothered to at least let me know that there was a break in. My unit got tossed - luckily nothing was stolen, but they ruined boxes, stepped on and ruined things in there that I had saved for a reason. I cleared out my unit as soon as I could after I found out in my own.

The facility is wonderful but Kim is the Star of this review! Today was our second time to see her. She is very efficient, pleasant, patient and informative. We were looking for storage and Towne Storage was the first (and only place) we popped into last week, that's when we initially met Kim. She was very welcoming, friendly, informative, not pushy at all, patient, answered all our questions, etc. but we didn't get a storage space last week, as we were unsure of what we were going to do. Grace was exceptional. Towne Storage was a pain. The restroom wasn't always accessible, no carts to move your items, elevator seldom worked. With Extra Space, these are not issues

Loretta is such a pleasant person. Very kind and patient. Storing our equipment here has been safe and always accessible. Zero issues here. 2 thumbs up.
