The staff are wonderful, and they are so cheerful. They answer all my questions with patience and will walk me through how to do things online. The area is clean. It's the perfect location for me.
I like the new company that they have later access time. I do miss the app that opens the front gate and back gate so I don’t have to get out of my vehicle and punch in a long code. Hopefully that will be added back soon. Once that is added back I would be happy to move this to a 5-Star.
I have been renting from Towne storage in Utah for years, starting at the West Jordan location. We moved to Daybreak so we rented a unit at the Herriman location. We have been there over a year. Our rent was $365 for a 10x35, until recently they raised to $400. Their website rents the same unit for $266., I asked if they would honor that for me and no reply from management. The employee did say if my wife rented online we could just transfer all our stuff to the new unit. Really? You can just give me the same price? So I did... read more
Alex was an absolute legend helping me get things sorted out! I ended up needing a different storage unit, he was able to get everything sorted to change it all over in the same day.
I can't thank McKenna enough for her incredible support during a very hectic time no matter how chaotic things got she remained calm patient and consistently helpful she went above and beyond more than once and her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, truly grateful for everything she did.
