I have been renting from Towne storage in Utah for years, starting at the West Jordan location. We moved to Daybreak so we rented a unit at the Herriman location. We have been there over a year. Our rent was $365 for a 10x35, until recently they raised to $400. Their website rents the same unit for $266., I asked if they would honor that for me and no reply from management. I can't thank McKenna enough for her incredible support during a very hectic time no matter how chaotic things got she remained calm patient and consistently helpful she went above and beyond more than once and her kindness and professionalism made a huge difference, truly grateful for everything she did.
I have had such a great experience here! McKenna is such a pleasure to work with. She has been so happy and helpful every time i see her. She’s really a wonderful asset there! I can’t say enough good about her and my experience! I’ve used them a few times in the past years and it’s always easy in and out with no problems. The units are clean and feels secure with the facility nicely kept. Good lighting at night and i love getting when i need with no restricted days.
Alex was an absolute legend helping me get things sorted out! I ended up needing a different storage unit, he was able to get everything sorted to change it all over in the same day.
Great customer service working with us since December 2024 renting 2, then 1 storage unit. Very convenient to our new home in Daybreak
