Recently needed to find storage for our belongings while our home is being built and checked out a few Extra Storage places. Neil at the Herriman location was super helpful and provided a few options. He was very helpful, courteous, and delivered what I needed on the spot.
I like the new company that they have later access time. I do miss the app that opens the front gate and back gate so I don’t have to get out of my vehicle and punch in a long code. Hopefully that will be added back soon. Once that is added back I would be happy to move this to a 5-Star.
I have been renting from Towne storage in Utah for years, starting at the West Jordan location. We moved to Daybreak so we rented a unit at the Herriman location. We have been there over a year. Our rent was $365 for a 10x35, until recently they raised to $400. Their website rents the same unit for $266., I asked if they would honor that for me and no reply from management. The employee did say if my wife rented online we could just transfer all our stuff to the new unit. Really? You can just give me the same price? So I did... read more
The staff are wonderful, and they are so cheerful. They answer all my questions with patience and will walk me through how to do things online. The area is clean. It's the perfect location for me.
Requested to store product on Sunday paid for everything on the Saturday before was told the gate code would work.. loaded truck got to storage unit gate code denied access… had to go back and unload for work next day early…
