Walked in with some RV storage questions and MICHELLE was absolutely exceptional! She answered every single one of my questions even looked in the system for nearby locations and gave me all of the information I will need to get started on my first month of RV storage! The place was super neat and clean and MICHELLE was super friendly, courteous and professional from the minute I walked in.

I originally rented my unit when it was owned by a different company, and my experience at that time was excellent-fair pricing and no surprises. After Extra Space took over, I started noticing a pattern in the reviews mentioning frequent and steep price increases.
