The gate broke and trapped us inside. It was after office hours (but still during operation hours), and no store manager was reachable. The corporate chat bot lied and said we would be able to reach a store manager about the issue. We were able to leave through a smaller gate on foot, but our car was trapped inside for 2 days. Went Into the office today to get a new lock because my car was stolen along with my keys and the guy at the front desk was so nice and helpful and fun to be around. Best customer service!!
Always a great experience here. Units are clean, easy to access, and the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Michelle was great, she got me set up in under 15 minutes.
9/17 and 9/18/25: Lauren and Travis are true professionals. They are knowledgeable and courteous, and great to work with. They made the whole experience pleasant and a lot less stressful.
Michelle is extremely helpful and keeps her facility super clean!
