9/17 and 9/18/25: Lauren and Travis are true professionals. They are knowledgeable and courteous, and great to work with. They made the whole experience pleasant and a lot less stressful.
Lauren was amazing. I was renting a U-Haul and she advised me and went the extra mile to lend a helping hand because I was alone. Amazing customer service.
Lauren helped me when I rented my unit as well as 2 years later when I vacated. I never had any problems with billing or reaching someone if I had questions. Unlike other facilities I never had any crazy increases in monthly rent. The facility was always clean and I always appreciated the times that you are allowed to have gate access to your unit. Lauren was great and if I ever need a storage unit again I’ll be back.
