Very unfortunate experience with this location. I made a reservation and upon calling to Advise that I was en route, it was only then that I was told that they did not have the truck available. The representative then proceeded to provide me with a phone number, where they might be able to give me another truck. Upon calling that number, they gave me the location of 10360 Veterans Memorial Highway.. i didn't even do business wiith them and they were still soooo very helpful,polite,and oh so professional! That guy Matthew is a breath of fresh air! I was not in the greastest mood when I called but after that phone call my mood was lightened. He even gave me the information for another company so that I got what I needed! I highly recommend this place,keep up the great work.
Tracie the manager is so dishonest and crooked. She refuse to give the owners information or her supervisor. DONOT GIVE HER Your CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SHE WILL PROCESS Unauthorized amounts and then play dumb.
