Everyone i have worked with so far with the new owners (Extra Space )has been very nice .I am very glad they are keeping the lady behind the desk who rented units with the previous owner.She is very familiar with the place and has always been very nice to work with.

Very unfortunate experience with this location. I made a reservation and upon calling to Advise that I was en route, it was only then that I was told that they did not have the truck available. The representative then proceeded to provide me with a phone number, where they might be able to give me another truck. Upon calling that number, they gave me the location of 10360 Veterans Memorial Highway.. i didn't even do business wiith them and they were still soooo very helpful,polite,and oh so professional! That guy Matthew is a breath of fresh air! I was not in the greastest mood when I called but after that phone call my mood was lightened. He even gave me the information for another company so that I got what I needed! I highly recommend this place,keep up the great work.
