Had a good deal for a month free storage with a Uhaul rental... Just what I needed and I like this location because it's not really busy and easy to get in and out as long as you have your code.

Office open from 9:30am to 6pm, we got here at 11:52 and we see a sign to come back at 3.

I've used Alpha several times over the years. For myself, my family, and even my sister who was out of state to come pick up something while I was gone. The service has been reasonable, however today's interaction was very disappointing. We arrived at about 14 till 1:00 and the door was locked. When we were let in we were told that we couldn't rent a unit because they closed in 10 minutes and it would take longer than that to do the paperwork. We were asked to leave and come back next week. I have rented a storage unit at this facility for a few years now. Every time I come in the office I am greeted with a smile from Miss Tracy and she offers amazing customer service. She is easy to work with and is very knowledgeable about her job. The prices are great. The facility is always clean and has plenty of security cameras and lights that aide in keeping the property safe.
