Everyone we’ve come across and have talked to at Extraspace Storage at Franklin hospitality drive have been absolutely amazing. Always very kind and helpful. Very clean atmosphere. :) Amaya at the front desk was so sweet and helpful and great about answering all our questions. We will definitely be returning next time we need a storage unit!
Visited the store in Franklin, TN today just to get some information. Was happily greeted by Amaya at the front desk and she helped answer all the questions I had. While I did not end up purchasing a unit, I will definitely be coming back to her to set that up. 10/10 service Amaya!
I love this place especially because there is no gate, it’s just one code to get into the facility which makes life so much easier. This place is also spotless! Amaya was there when I moved my things in, and she was super sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend this place enough!
I went in the office, was met at the door with a disarming smile and genuine professionalism from Amaya. Clean place, seemed well managed just from appearance of the state of the building. We sat down and within 5 minutes I had a storage locker, all info I need and left. Super efficient and professional. I wish all my business dealings went like this.
Jessica at Extra Space Storage was amazing! We were in a tight crunch getting a unit for Christmas and she helped us out big time. The place is clean and looks brand new.
