Great customer service!! I had a lot of questions that came up when I attempted to book online so I pulled up to ask in person and the young lady working the reception was super helpful and sweet! I really appreciated the attention to detail and her willingness to explain the process to me. She was so nice and patient thank you for helping make my move in process super easy!

Had a great experience with Extra Space Storage. I rented a large unit from them for nearly two years. Everyone I interacted with in the office was always very helpful and kind. I was able to easily schedule my move-out in the app - the app is really the best one I’ve used as far as storage places go - you can do everything right there! Once I finished removing my belongings from the unit, they took care of the rest and I got my confirmation of move-out from them same day.
Ashley was AMAZING!!! From start to finish she was so sweet and professional. Educated me on the full process and what to expect throughout my experience being with Cubesmart. I planned to go to other locations to compare pricing but I felt a great energy with Ashley’s professionalism. And the pricing was GREAT! I HIGHLY recommend this location and Ashley! Thank you so much!
Lawrence was an amazing help. He showed me what storage unit I should get and why he recommends it and then got back to his office and he got me all squared away and gave me some good deals. I definitely recommend going to him if you need a storage unit.
