Long time standing customer, for months the elevator was out and when trying to reach the manager she only returned the phone call once to say that she was real busy and never heard from her again after several attempts and staff 'claiming' they reached out to her. As a climate-controlled facility, they do not go based on whether it feels warm or cold inside more so on preset calculations. This has been one of my best experiences at a storage place. Charlotte went above and beyond helping me to select the right unit and answering my questions.
I’ve been at this storage unit for many years, decided to downsize because I don’t need so many decorations anymore now that my granddaughter is getting older. Met with Alan in the office, gave him my request to downsize, within a couple of weeks, he supplied me with a unit that was satisfactory, on the floor close to my previous unit. The transition was seamless. Alan was polite, and very accommodating. Thanks Alan! You ROCK!!!
Could not have been happier with the service that Alan provided. We got the unit we wanted, and when we called to ask questions he promptly got back to us. A rarity these days. Property is very clean and organized. Thank you Alan for all your assistance.
Store Manager Alan Lopez is super nice and helpful and a pleasure to work with. The. grounds and buildings are clean and security top notch.
