Ellen was amazing! She helped us find the perfect unit and save money. She was the first person to let us know we could use our homeowners insurance instead of purchasing rental insurance, which was such a huge help. Ellen was so friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The facility itself is very clean, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish — highly recommend!
Rented 15x5 but that is not what was reserved. Sq ft was probably close to equal but I needed the cube to be 15x5 for my kayak. They did move me to another unit that was 15x5 but raised the price $9 a month. This is known as bait and switch...
