Quinton the manager has been the absolutely amazing, took great care of everything with the best customer support I’ve seen in the area. Showed me my belonging are being well taken care of with zero issues in the back of my mind. Highly recommended!
Mold on a new couch with tags from purchase, couches were thrown away after a mold issue had dehumidifiers running through all the climate controlled areas. Ps. The mold clause on the ins you purchase is only $500 so maybe look into that..the weekend we moved our stuff out MANY others were too. There is a mold issue here, you've been told.
Huge thanks to Quinton for getting me set up with a unit that was not only perfect for the amount of things I needed stored, but finding a spot that was most convenient. Such a pleasure and his personality definitely helped win me over with BestBox!
Quinton was amazing and very friendly and knowledgeable. He made my move in process quick and easy. What a nice clean beautiful facility. Highly recommend. Huge difference between ExtraSpace and BestBox. Stored at ExtraSpace and BestBox is way better!
