The big loading area is great! Love all the climate controlled units, we need it in Porter! Summer gets HOT...and the security gates make me feel very safe!
BestBox is clean, cool, and Lori is always very kind and willing to help. A wealth of knowledge for someone who’s never rented a unit before. It really is the best storage box!
I love this BEST BOX Lori was so sweet and answered all questions without hesitation very great customer service. Facility is always clean no pest seen anywhere in the halls. The covered loading dock is very convenient, and they have dollies at the entrance for you to use.
BestBox Storage is a great safe, clean and accessible storage facility. Lori is awesome. She makes sure you are happy and keeps this facility spotless. The prices are reasonable for the inside temperature controlled units and the outside garage. You won't regret renting at BestBox Storage if you need the extra space.
