This location has been wonderful. Tammy is always super polite and helpful. She was also polite and helpful when I lost my job and had some difficulty making on time payments. She has great communication and is respectful. The location is quiet and clean and the facilities are in excellent condition. I would rent from this location again.
No one answers the phone. No one is at the location. No one calls you back. No one is there to help. They don't accept email. Once you do track down Tavi or whatever her name is, it literally took a month for her to do what should have been 5, maybe 10 business days. Cannot recommend any other storage facility strongly enough.
I’ve been renting for a year and it has been absolutely abysmal. From over paying by hundreds erroneously when we first started because the property manager no showed on our move in day, to customer service calls that hang up on you, to the app and website not working. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for three days (due on the first) but the payments section of the app is empty, the chat bot on the website ends the chat IMMEDIATELY, and resetting the password still does not allow me to log in. I am revising my review. I was asked to submit a 5 star rating even though the service that has been provided to me thus far has been horrible. My problems started with a call from the property manager Tavi that she needed to change my storage unit because the unit I was alloted was not actually available for me to use as the previous owner had not vacated.
