I am revising my review. I was asked to submit a 5 star rating even though the service that has been provided to me thus far has been horrible. My problems started with a call from the property manager Tavi that she needed to change my storage unit because the unit I was alloted was not actually available for me to use as the previous owner had not vacated. I recently had a five-star experience with Nancy and Ryan, the district manager, after a very frustrating series of events with my storage unit. I initially had issues with the door not opening and had to go back and forth with customer service, who unfortunately were not very helpful. My original move-in appointment was rescheduled for the following day, but once again, the property manager did not show up—without any communication.
