First time going to the storage since New Management and it was very pleasant to have a live person to talk to instead of a computer. Iesha was very friendly and professional, and got me through the process really quick. Ask if any concerns or issues And I told her what my concerns were and she addressed all those concerns. I just love her personality
I had to call customer service, which I absolutely dread. I have severe anxiety and usually put it off but Aisha answered after one ring and was the most pleasant and professional customer service person Ive ever spoken too. She was the exact kind of person who is actually good at it and should be the only type of person who decides who is allowed to do it in the first place. Awesome customer service.
So far a positive experience. The transactions went smoothly. Ms. Aisha was very attentive to my needs and answered all my questions. The whole place is clean and neat. I feel my items and my account are very safe at this location. The app they have is very user friendly as well. Bathroom are clean as well.
