Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Pamela, who assisted me with my storage unit and answered all my questions. She was very professional and patient and definitely understands great customer service. I’ve been renting with ExtraSpace Storage for years and always recommend it to my friends and family.
The place had good deals and very clean and organized. The manager (Pam) was very nice and professional with good vives.
Kelvin was so helpful today when I stopped in with some questions and concerns regarding my unit! It was really nice to have a live person available on site! Thank you for everything! I am so pleased with this storage facility and it's staff!
