Management is friendly and helpful. The phone connection does not work well for the back sliding door, so at night I might not feel as safe getting in the building quickly. But otherwise the building is beautiful, the unit is spacious and clean.

Walked in to inquire about a rental unit. Met Marlo. She was very helpful and informative. They had just opened a few days earlier so there was still construction and finish work going on. Through all of that- Marlo was still professional and friendly. She showed me the perfect rental unit for my needs and walked me through all the steps needed for my 6 month rental. She made it very stress free process. Was glad I stopped in to inquire.

STAY AWAY from this place. They lure you in and then jack your rates every quarter. I picked them because they were cheapest and I like the facilities, but raising my rent $100 is crazy. And NOBODY ever mentioned any of this. Awful business practice.
