I wasn't going to leave a review until I saw the previous reviews. I have been waiting for this location to open and was at another spot until this one opened. This place is great! Close to home, Connie really helped me out, and it looks great! The previous reviews are just whiners. Personally I love that my items are safe and secure and you have to enter your code to get access to the building. As far as the carts apparently that person has never had storage before. The staff is very nice. They have been extremely accomodating. This is a brand new facility (as of 2/16/2026). They helped me and guided me every step of the way.
It’s new so obviously it’s clean, but there are no carts with is extremely annoying. Most indoor facilities have carts for use. Not this one

I showed up on a Sunday afternoon to move in and there were no carts at the facility to help you move in and bring in those heavy items. Also make sure to have scissors to cut zip tie when showing up to unit for the first time.
