My experience was great! Dennis and Shanon were very welcoming, helpful and kind. The space is brand new and spotless. I was able to take a tour and find the perfect size unit that would work for me. Sooo happy to have this new storage space in Carrollwood!
I had rented from ESS before and had a nice experience then. I needed to rent a unit at their new location in Carrollwood and the experience was even better, if that is possible. I rented online and then the person in charge, Dennis, called me and made the process very easy and painless... Everything was explained when we fist talked on the phone and then also was a very smooth and quick process when I went in to choose the unit and pay. On top of that this is a great location very easy to access.

Brand new location in Carrollwood and the manger, Dennis, is fantastic! Was excited to check out the new location and Dennis made it happened on the spot, got the unit I needed/wanted. I’m sure they’ll fill up soon, so contact Dennis.
