Great price and very clean. The place is missing a ramp to load your items. The access code need to be like the other extra space storage. Unit number and phone number. The entrance door after the sliding doors need a way to hold it open. Great in person customer service
I had rented from ESS before and had a nice experience then. I needed to rent a unit at their new location in Carrollwood and the experience was even better, if that is possible. I rented online and then the person in charge, Dennis, called me and made the process very easy and painless... Everything was explained when we fist talked on the phone and then also was a very smooth and quick process when I went in to choose the unit and pay. On top of that this is a great location very easy to access.
Dennis is awesome! I had a great experience because he listened. I am a visual learner and he helped me figure out how to maximize the space with storage racks. This location is highly recommended as it is conveniently located.
