Cassandra and Michael, are excellent representatives of this company! They made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They are both knowledgeable, helpful, I can't even come up with enough words to tell you how great they are. Made us feel so at home from the very first meeting!

Metro is absolutely amazing! I had to move out of my house quickly and they were readily available, and super nice and helpful. Kizsondria and Mike were FANTASTIC. The facility is very clean, well organized, and bright.

This is the place to go if you want to deal with a friendly and respectful person who know what they’re doing and will help you out with any situation. I want to thank the young lady at the desk for all of her help. She even gave me a bottle of cold water on a hot day. They have drive up units which is why I came here at first,then I figured out they have the best rates for the area. This was my 3 rd stop that day and was my last. Thank you guys for helping me out with this experience.

Cassandra is the best ever! She has been willing to meet me at the needs I had. She’s such a superstar with great customer service skills. She made me feel like I was worthy and that I was safe there. That mattered to me! She is the best!
