Cruz has been a huge help since he started. Always has a great attitude and a smile. I have interacted with him now a good handful of times and it has always been pleasant. A great manager, I would recommend working with him for your storage needs!

Kenzie at US Storage provided outstanding customer service. She took the time to explain why my payment did not process, helped us update the payment information right away, and made sure everything was handled immediately. She was also kind enough to offer adding my daughter, Alex, to the account so she could help me manage things moving forward. Kenzie was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I truly appreciate the care and attention she gave us.

Kenzie at US Storage was incredibly helpful and took care of us immediately. She explained exactly why our payment did not come out, helped us switch our payment method quickly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. She even offered to add me to the account so I could help my mother manage everything more easily. Tae was very helpful and informative, answering all questions that I had. Held a unit a day before visiting the property, touring, and signing the lease. Very clean facilities and the roll up doors are a great addition for moving during the brutal summer months. I also appreciate the variety of different sized units they had on the property.
