Hi. Wanted to share what an amazing experience I had with US Storage on Cave Creek and Union Hills. I am from California and am moving to Phoenix in upcoming months. I had Ana appointment with Public Storage for the next day but stopped by to preview this location prior to my appointment. Was also impressed with the customer service that PS provided. I was very pleased with the service we got. We went in today to get our code and put our lock on. Cameron was very helpful and we are very pleased with the storage facility. Very clean and organized. Cameron was very polite and professional. Our office is needing a space to rent at a reasonable price and US Storage was the place.
Tae was very helpful and informative, answering all questions that I had. Held a unit a day before visiting the property, touring, and signing the lease. Very clean facilities and the roll up doors are a great addition for moving during the brutal summer months. I also appreciate the variety of different sized units they had on the property.
Tae and Cameron were fantastic to work with. The facility is clean, secure, and very well maintained. They were friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. Highly recommend this storage facility and their team.
Cameron is a very personable young man. We went in a week ago to inquire about storage units and pricing, Cameron showed us a 5x5 unit which is perfect for our current needs. He said he would hold it. Today we went back in to “seal the deal”. Cameron was again very thorough and extremely personable.
