Gracie was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I really appreciated that she helped me find a unit that would fit everything I needed without upselling me into something larger than necessary. Very impressive I do. like that it is down the street from my service area. Saves gasoline for trip there to store the oak. Team members very good yes. And Gracie very pleasant. My word wow I cannot describe how happy I am with my new unit this thing is like luxury Rolls Royce. of units. Needed storage for the remainders of my life and this is clean. Facility nice excellent and manager was helpful. I will never go back to my old provider I will deal with that later but it was always meant to be this way I am happy now go team Extra Space.
Good spot, just as clean, bright and nice as it appears on site pictures. Gracie, excellent customer service, Knowledgeable, Accommodating, efficient and kind as a manager should be.
