I have been with Matthew at Extra Space going on my 3rd location. I can't express enough how he has taken care of me. He is the ultimate professional while he still makes you feel like family. I am moving to a new location at the 5 frwy and Sand Canyon. I encourage everyone to come if you need a storage unit! Brand new and the guys are great!
Jolene was so professional and took time to show us different rental unit sizes and locations. Very positive experience, and happy with the new location on Marine Pkwy, Irvine.
This location on Marine Way is brand new. Teddi made my Extra Space Storage rental experience a pleasant one. She is professional, friendly, and patient. There were some small issues that she quickly fixed such as a missing lock and the gate code not working. I figured that since this location just opened, these minor things will eventually be resolved over time.
The facility is clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Teddi is amazing.
