This is our first time using StorQuest. Joseph was super helpful on the phone and in-person. He provided clear instructions and didn't rush us along. The move-in itself went smoothly. The facility & our space were clean upon arrival. The lock was easy to install & use. Its convenient location across Uhaul made it easy for us to return our huge Uhaul truck prompty after unloading. So far, so good.

I recently rented a unit at this new storage facility, and I couldn't be more impressed! The place is spotless, well-lit, and feels incredibly secure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made the entire process seamless. Xavier was extremely helpful in the process of getting a storage unit. He guided us on what we can and cannot have in the storage and provided us guidance on what size unit we should get.

Prepared to be severely penalized on pricing after the promotional period ends. Unlike most companies that have loyalty schemes or incentives for customers to hang around - Storquest penalises you financially and you end up paying 20-30% - "at least", over the new customer rate for the same size locker. I'm not referring to the promotional rate - 20-30% or more over the advertised standard rate. And in an environment where inflation is say 6%, don't be surprised to see your monthly bill increase 20% as happened to me

When I arrived, there was no one in the office. I was told that the person who was supposed to be present had stepped out to go to the bank. The last I checked, this location does not handle cash, so that explanation was confusing. I then had the honor of speaking with Ben regarding filling up my bucket with water. His response was to direct me to the bathroom and suggest I use cups to fill the bucket. This level of customer service was disappointing, dismissive, and completely unnecessary.
