Honestly the process was much more convenient than I thought it would be.. Lashawn was such a breath of fresh air she was attentive and also had a smile on when I walked in I highly recommend using this location as for Lashawn she's the real mvp.
Xavier was extremely helpful in the process of getting a storage unit. He guided us on what we can and cannot have in the storage and provided us guidance on what size unit we should get.

This is our first time using StorQuest. Joseph was super helpful on the phone and in-person. He provided clear instructions and didn't rush us along. The move-in itself went smoothly. The facility & our space were clean upon arrival. The lock was easy to install & use. Its convenient location across Uhaul made it easy for us to return our huge Uhaul truck prompty after unloading. So far, so good.
They had amazing customer service, especially from Ricardo. He provided quick and excellent service. I had so many questions/doubts and he provided me with all the information I needed. I rented a 5’x5’ unit, which is 10’+ high, which is great! The environment overall is fresh and clean. They have interior and exterior units. The exterior units are larger and more expensive.
