It was a great experience Rachel is a top shelf employee and is very friendly and helpful don't ever let go and give her a raise she deserves it
I recently made a reservation and paid for storage. Right when I was about to move my stuff, I received notification that my situation had changed and didn’t need to move and store my items. I called the facility about my circumstances and the lady on the phone was so understanding. She was able to help me get a full refund! I really appreciated her help. She was so nice about everything! I would definitely utilize this place again if my situation changes again and need to quickly move things into storage!
Rachel is wonderful to work with! She gave me a tour of the facility and helped me find just the right unit. Appreciate the hands on approach and her taking the time to make sure I felt good about the unit and how to access everything!
