Apparently these people bought AAA. I never got my usual invoice so today I looked online to see my payment increased from $266 to $319 without any notice. I've called multiple times and can't get a live person on the phone. Price is outrageous. Moving out Saturday! Answer the phone like a professional company and stop price gauging. Susan Ashford was the best manager I've ever dealt with and she was with AAA. Y'all should have kept her.
Nathaniel was super awesome! Helped me set up my rental and get me on my way super quickly! I would recommend coming here just for the customer service!
The staff was so friendly and helpful! We’ve had a unit with the company before for years and haven’t had nearly as much assistance given as we did in the 15 minutes we spent with everyone there!
The manager Nathaniel was great! He was friendly, professional and patient. He helped me find the perfect size at a great rate. It was a smooth and easy process to get a nice, clean, climate controlled unit to keep my things safe. Definitely rent here, you won't be sorry!
Love this place and for the price you can’t beat it , the staff was knowledgeable and very helpful to find a spot for my trailer to live . I Recommend 10 out of 10 .
