I’m an auction buyer and I’ve worked with a lot of storage facilities, and this one truly stands out. The manager here is absolutely wonderful — professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She runs a clean, well-organized facility and makes the auction process smooth and straightforward. It’s always a pleasure doing business here. I appreciate the transparency and great communication. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage or participating in auctions!
Jessyca was great! She was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me with my unit. She was VERY professional, patient, and pleasant during the entire encounter. I'm very grateful that she was the one who assisted me. This facility is very lucky to have her as the face of public relations at this Cooper Street location.
