I have been renting here for the past 2 years since before it was extra space storage. I was a little nervous with the changeover however I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of changing the apps and the excellent customer service. Extra Space Storage employee Sam called me to remind me of the due date. She explained several things I did not know about this new storage company take over. She was very polite, caring, and understanding. She was able to explain all my questions to me very easily for me to understand. keep up the good work, Sam thank you again.

I’m an auction buyer and I’ve worked with a lot of storage facilities, and this one truly stands out. The manager here is absolutely wonderful — professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She runs a clean, well-organized facility and makes the auction process smooth and straightforward. It’s always a pleasure doing business here. I appreciate the transparency and great communication. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for storage or participating in auctions!

This location recently changed from Public storage. I was charge $400+ dollars in order to keep my storage. They switched companies and lost payment information, then proceeded to charge late fees with poor notification. There was no type of consideration or understanding for their change and lack of notification. I do not recommend this location.
