The units are dirty with mud from the construction (it's a new site). There are issues with rain water standing in big puddles and gutters leaking water right outside the doors potentially causing water to get into unit depending on how hard it rains. The gate to enter has been messed up and not closing all the way or at all multiple times. Plus a whole section of the perimeter fence was down for several days not really secure.
