First time renting a storage unit for me and it was a very pleasant and insightful experience. Prior to selecting this facility we looked at another facility really close by and we were extremely impressed with how we were greeted here. Ed was phenomenal with superb communication skills and made our experience personable. I was able to walk the facility and select our unit. We locked in our rate for 2 years and pricing was great! I came in last minute to check prices and see the units in person, and I was greeted with wonderful service from Ed. He was very informative, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The pricing was great, and best of all, the property looked very well maintained and secure, which gave me a lot of comfort about renting here. Overall, a great experience and excellent customer service! Highly recommend if you're in the Apollo area.
