Teo assisted me in getting my rental self storage and everything was perfect. From making sure I get to decide which size best fit in what I am looking for to getting it done in a couple of minutes. Giving options too is a big thing for me and Teo really of help. The self storage facility is easy access and they are very accommodating.
Walked and in was greeted by Cindy right away. She was very knowledgeable and professional from the start. Helped me pick the unit, showed me around and had my paper work done in no time. Highly recommend.
Conveniently located, quiet neighborhood, well-maintained blding--both interior & exterior-- kept very clean. Been watching the business/bldg for many years, knowing--sooner or later--I'd likely need storage. Rented unit last month. Today, Eddie kindly updated me regarding office hours, accessibility & bldg security details. Thanks, Eddie!
I just wanted to add a SPECIAL NOTE OF THANKS to the Manager Bianca and Cindy/ The Storage Consultant. They are both AWESOME!!!! Bianca is an AWESOME Manager!!! She will do whatever she can to assist you and your Storage needs!!!! They ALWAYS do whatever they can to assist myself as well as my family!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location/ Self Storage in Wrigleyville!!! for all YOUR STORAGE NEEDS!!!!!!!!!
make sure all of your belongings are RODENT PROOF! i was on the basement floor and came in to one of my mattress toppers destroyed by mice. the insurance they provide did not cover it. thankfully, the kind employee was able to get me a different unit (hence the 2 stars). if i had been able to move all my stuff into another company, i would have.
