make sure all of your belongings are RODENT PROOF! i was on the basement floor and came in to one of my mattress toppers destroyed by mice. the insurance they provide did not cover it. thankfully, the kind employee was able to get me a different unit (hence the 2 stars). if i had been able to move all my stuff into another company, i would have.
Cindy was so unbelievably helpful in helping me set up my unit and understand the rules!
Almost fell on my rear as this business regularly fails to clear the snow on their sidewalks.
