So very often we go so far to find people we want to complain about because a good CSR is hard to find. I finally ran across someone who's CSR is outstanding and her name is Jessica. My name is Gabrielle. I wanted to thank you and your customer expecting the service I received from Jessica for her patience with Us and all the great questions she was able to answer for my sister. Thank you so much.
Great experience, the staff is very friendly and informative, especially Alejandra. Since it’s under new ownership, she contacted me about the new policies and was very patient with me about payment, since they didn’t have my card on file yet. Great experience overall.
Alejandra was wonderful in making our transition to a new unit extremely easy. Her kindness and professionalism was appreciated! Would highly recommend Extra Storage Space!
While I was moving in I had some items stolen from the loading bay and there was nothing they could do to help me. Also, sign a longer term contract or expect your rates to be increased within 6 months of moving in. It is nice that they let you borrow the truck for moving in!
The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful on the phone and during a recent changeover they were very fair with their rates which I greatly appreciate it.
