Never experienced such discriminative (racist), storage in my life. Myself (black) and my black movers were treated horribly! One elevator was down so we were the only people forced to share elevator time to move our items because they wanted to make the Caucasian customers that came behind us, happy. However, those customers took over the elevator and had the nerve to not allow us in it until they finished their entire cycle. Staff did nothing. We asked to use the stairs, staff said we couldn't.
