Best storage solution by far in Hampton Roads. Great customer service. Quick response and they work with you. 24/7 access was also a great bonus. Got a free first month deal and they made move out easy when we were running behind to avoid ever paying a full month. Will use again should I ever need another storage unit.
This is the worst place that any person can rent a storage. I will tell anyone to please be ware . For starters I had a major complaint about the door. It was corroded and rats had gotten into the storage. I had the storage for 2 years. I needed the storage because I had been working out of town. It seemed fine at first but when I had a problem I ran into problems. I tried filing a claim after filling out the claim forms I couldn't get the forms to send. Digital/online savings account application was simple. I called the customer service line for technical support with some questions. The agent that assisted me with my questions was engaging, supportive, attentive, and reassuring. The outcome was satisfying which left me with a sense of security and very pleasant customer experience 💰
