Just rented a storage unit for my wife’s event planning business. Danielle greeted us at the reception desk with a smile. She promptly showed us some of the units that were available in the sizes we were considering. We picked one and she got us signed up in minutes. She showed us how to access the facility from the app and we were on our way. Facility is brand new and super clean. I would recommend it!

I had a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Danielle, Paul and Patrick. This is a new property that just opened so they had great prices. They made sure I had the app downloaded and I knew how to use it for I left the facility.

Have been a customer for about 4 years at 3 different Extra Space facilities in SE Florida. The climate controlled spaces in each facility surpass that of other facilities, which is important in this part of the country to avoid moisture/heat damage to clothing and household goods. Facilities are clean, well maintained, well lit, and again, better than others. The staff is well trained, with good product knowledge, friendly and helpful. The digital access feature is handy as well.

Great, clean facilities and staff. Any time I’ve needed assistance changing units or have questions the staff has been super helpful.
