I have had a seemless experience picking this storage company and even when the management changed hands they were very professional and courteous to my questions. I just paid months in advance with Michaela and she was so helpful and sweet! I have recommended this company to others as well because a bonus is they are right off the highway!

Let me first start by saying I tried to save a couple dollars and went somewhere else first..Mikaela called me on my drive up to CT and I told her I found some place cheaper..well I had to come back crawling with my tail between my legs because there was no way I was leaving my daughters stuff at the other place. So pleased to call in and have a wonderful person named Mikayla answer the phone. She explained everything perfectly and was friendly. It felt comfortable and easy as she walked me through the process. I am pleased with the customer service and to know I speak with a person on site!!! That is very important to me because good customer service is hard to find these days. Lovely easy experience!!!!!
Greg is usually a floater between locations, but he was right in place at the Orange location for us today. He was extremely helpful; he showed us many different units, helped us negotiate prices down, and was very supportive and respectful of our time window. Thank you so much!
