The rental booking was quick and easy online. When I arrived at the location in Orange, Yamarie greeted me and efficiently took care of the check in process. She also helped out by inputting the gate code so I don’t have to leave my vehicle after I was done in the office so I wanted to give her a shout out for going above and beyond!
Both girls in the Orane CT office were so helpful and Professional. The girl who initially helped me and took me to my storage unit was very patient showing this 80byear old Senior the lock. Definitely the right chose for Storage. The storage are very clean no smell.
The Orange CT facility has easy access to and from I-95. Karina, the storage manager, was very warm, professional, efficient and knowledgeable with my initial rental agreement, she explained everything clearly, and showed me how to access my storage area. I just received my first monthly installment bill and it was exactly as advertised with the 50% promotional fee x 3 months.
