I’ve tried emailing corporate twice with no reply. While I still prefer this location, I’m considering elsewhere for the following reasons: 1.) The first floor now smells like a giant ashtray. It only started within the last two months or so, but it has not changed. While I don’t believe that someone is actively smoking in a building, I do believe that a tenant has moved in their items that reeks with smoke and I’m concerned about the air circulation within the facility. I was in the office on Feb 26 and I was very pleased with my service. Mr.Monroe was very helpful helping get my unit back and secured. He did let me know that he wasn’t a regular there at the location but was there helping out.

If you need a place to store your belongings I have never had an issue here with mini storage depot. Mrs.August is always a joy to speak to wether it's on the phone or in person. Always treated kindly and if I am ever in need of a question answered she always helps with smile and wishes me and the family a great day!

My daughter rents here and despite being told her rate would t go up again in a years period it went up AGAIN for a THIRD time in a year! And they only gave 29 days notice, going against their own lease. She's called and gone up there and can't find anyone who works there to speak with. Horrible

My mother and I rented a unit about a year ago during a move. We had a very positive experience setting everything up with the location's manager. She was very pleasant to speak with. It was a very easy experience from start to finish. The facility is secure and well maintained. We would definitely use their services again.
