All these reviews are from previous owners. The place recently sold to new owners and no notice of policy changes etc. Have been at this location for about a year, and loved it. I use my unit for work (run a small veteran owned business) and sometimes I have to leave town at 4am after a quick stop by unit to get what I need. New owners have gate hours, and weren't willing to work with me. I’ve tried emailing corporate twice with no reply. While I still prefer this location, I’m considering elsewhere for the following reasons: 1.) The first floor now smells like a giant ashtray. It only started within the last two months or so, but it has not changed. While I don’t believe that someone is actively smoking in a building, I do believe that a tenant has moved in their items that reeks with smoke and I’m concerned about the air circulation within the facility. I give this place five stars. The welcoming by Yvette was very professional and I felt and leave after finding perfect size storage unit for the deal that they had online I really advise anyone to use their service because it's convenient and easy to get in being that is awful broad Street in Murfreesboro God praise is to Yvette keep up the good work, your professionalism was highly appreciated 👍!!!
Inside units were very clean for us to move our things in. Outside unit was not so clean, but we are not storing important things in there like inside . The process and customer service have been amazing. Access is easy and available for us to use at any time. Highly recommend to others
I was in the office on Feb 26 and I was very pleased with my service. Mr.Monroe was very helpful helping get my unit back and secured. He did let me know that he wasn’t a regular there at the location but was there helping out.
