The new management is fantastic to work with! John is always helpful and personable. My building and the property are clean. The new access hours are helpful. I only wish the rates would stop increasing so much and stay more affordable. Overall, a good place to rent.
Ever since Extra Space acquired the Mini Storage in Old Hickory, I have had nothing but great experiences with the staff and with this location. Extra Space has made so many changes to make sure our belongings are safe and secure. The staff members are the best I've ever worked with! They are courteous, understanding and they worked with me when I was late paying on my bill. Thank you to John for being just a great person. I truly appreciate you!!
Entire storage facility is well maintained and clean. Gated front entrance and accessible staff on site offer layers of security. There are interior climate controlled units and drive up units. I’d confidently recommend this storage facility.
I’ve been very happy with my Extra Space Storage. My unit was very clean, as is the entire facility, I felt that my things were safe and secure. After a very heavy rain storm, I went to checked on my things, no leaks. I’m especially grateful to John. One morning, after I accidentally left my unit door open overnight, John contacted me to let me know. He had already secured the unit for me and even gave me the hours he would be there so he could unlock it when I arrived. Thank you John.
This was my first time ever renting a storage unit, so I had a lot of questions going into the process. John, the general manager, was incredibly kind, patient, and responsive every step of the way.
