I had a great experience at extra space storage. They have strong pricing compared to other facilities nearby. It was easy to access, the hours are great, and the employees are very kind. I personally worked with Joe, and he was a pleasure. I definitely plan to come back once I need it! Looking forward to it.
The customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced, and their prices are very competitive. I also feel like the facilities are the cleanest and are well-kept, far superior to all the other places I checked out. I will say they jumped my rates by 40% after a few months. I’m not sure if I’ll return next yr or not, and when I visited mid-winter the security gate was wide open for over a couple months.
Facilities are clean and well lit. Good security. Loading docks provide ample space. I would have liked to have seen fewer communications from the company with legal documents.
Very clean and feels safe. Easy access to get in and out and I appreciate that they have a garage you can pull into for rainy days.
Beautiful new facility. Fresh and Clean. Excellent and friendly staff explains all you need to know. A tour and orientation to the facility was very helpful! Prices are very reasonable. An excellent value!
