We moved to this facility in Westborough from an Extra Space Storage facility in Northborough due to its poorly maintained premises (i.e. doors that didn't always work, lighting, water damage, etc.) At the time we moved in February, the Westborough facility was owned and well maintained by Stor-U-Self. It was bright, clean, and functional. In May it was taken over by Extra Space. We are already seeing deterioration. One of the two outside doors has been inoperative for weeks.
